A Media and Communication Empowerment Workshop was conducted on 27th May 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at St. Monica English Medium School. The session began with a prayer song by Mrs. Shanthala and her team, followed by a warm welcome from Mrs. Archana and an introduction of the resource person, Rev. Fr. Anil Fernandes, by Mrs. Jayanthi. Manager Fr. Melwyn D’Souza delivered an inspiring talk before Fr. Anil took over the session.
The workshop focused on the role of media in education, with Fr. Anil introducing various AI tools and applications. Participants learned to create videos, images, and songs using these tools, blending creativity with technology. The hands-on activities allowed teachers to explore the practical uses of these applications in enhancing classroom engagement and lesson delivery.
The program concluded with feedback from the participants, who appreciated the insightful and practical nature of the session. Ms. Deekshitha D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Rev. Fr. Anil Fernandes for his valuable guidance and to all contributors for making the event a success.
